At a wedding

Today I wanted to brush Peter's teeth but he was on the toilet. I asked him if he was done. He said 不可以，我有三个大便，做了两个，还有一个. I then heard a splash and he got really happy and said 做完了！

Lucky younger ones

Michael and Peter are lucky to have Enoch read to them when they couldn't read, now Peter is lucky to have both Enoch and Michael read to him! And of course, all three of them are lucky to have mom and dad read to them! 

Story time

We don't go to story time as much now that we live kind of far from the libraries, and that two out of three of them are in school. Whenever we go, it's either picking up or dropping off books at the library. Usually I also try to go when there is story time, so we can hit two birds with one stone. Peter always enjoys the story times.

Soccer

All year Peter didn't do much in soccer. He cried every game and sat on the sidelines for the most part, refusing to even stand on the field for most of practice and especially games. The second to last game of the season, at the end of the 1st half he stood up from my lap on the sideline, ran unto the field, got the ball at half field, dribbled it down the field, and scored a goal. He then sat down with me and refused to play the rest of the game.

Heard Enoch educating Michael and Peter: If Santa is magical, then ghosts and zombies are real!" Not sure what to say to that. Hmmm.. Sam said it might be Enoch's last year believing in Santa😥

Santa Clause

The doorbell rang just now, Peter said "Yay! Santa Claus!" That's how delightful he is (when he is happy of course)! Definitely brightens my day! A picture of his favorite sleeping style.😁

Standing by mommy's bed

Yesterday morning while I was still sleeping in bed Peter came to our room and stood in between my bed and the nightstand. He stood there for than an hour. He kept telling me that he was done sleeping but often put his head on my pillow or bed to rest..  it was sweet and silly. Melted my heart that he wanted to be with me so much! I kept asking him if he wanted to read a book or play with toys but nothing seemed to work to get him to leave. Eventually I told him that he should go lie down on the sofa and make a bed for himself, and that worked.

First Day of School!

Today is the first day of kindergarten for Michael and the first day of first grade for Enoch. It's an emotional day for Peter to be the one left out😖

Peter got to eat his lunch pack at 8:30 this morning 😂

Learning stuff

It's always great to see how proud of himself Peter is when he learns new things, like putting on his pants by himself or peeing in the big potty.

I also love the way Peter runs, with his arms flying forwards and backwards, and his cute little hands flapping around behind his back

Its so cute to see them climbing up the empty top bunk to read together! Brothers who read together stay together!😀
